- We have the expertise to assist corporate clients in developing employment rules and internal guidelines, administrative & standard operating procedures, etc.
- The Firm has advised Karot Power Company (Pvt) Limited concerning its various labour issues during the construction of its 720 MW Karot Hydropower Project Pakistan and has prepared employment agreements for workers in compliance with the IFC’s Performance Standards. It has also assisted the project sponsors in resolving various labour matters identified by the lenders.
- Amongst other key clients, the Firm has advised Khushali Bank Ltd, Askari Bank Ltd, First Microfinance Bank, and NRSP on various labour issues.
- The Firm has also rendered advice to US universities’ research projects and assisted in Expatriate hiring by foreign investors.
