• The Firm has advised Karot Power Company (Pvt) Limited in relation to its various labour issues during construction of its 720 MW Karot Hydropower Project, Pakistan and has prepared employment agreements for workers in compliance with the IFC’s Performance Standards and the has also assisted the Project sponsors’ resolution of various labour matters identified by the lenders.
• Amongst other key clients, the Firm has advised Khushali Bank Ltd; Askari Commercial Bank Ltd; First Microfinance Bank and NRSP; in various labour issues.
